AeroCase Jetliner

Named Jetliner in reference to Aluminum 6061’s wide use in aviation and air travel, often used as the primary structure for the passenger aircraft that we all fly in every year. 6061 is commonly used in aviation due to its corrosion resistance, light weight, and relatively high strength to weight ratio.

The Jetliner is the lightest of the three AeroCase variants (see Specifications for technical details) and has a very lightweight feel in your hand. It has the lowest strength and abrasion resistance rating of all AeroCase models but is also offered at the lowest price point.

The Jetliner is machined from a solid billet of Aluminum 6061, deburred, and Anodized post-machining to increase surface hardness and abrasion resistance. The result is a beautiful, tactical looking, aerospace-esque component. Due to the machining and post-processing methods used on the Jetliner, it has less of the beautiful, characteristic machining marks visible, leaving a surface that appears more uniform than the other AeroCase variants.

AeroCase Proto

Named proto as a nod to CRES 304’s wide use in R&D and prototyping. The Proto has a stunning fine surface finish left from the CNC machining operations.

The Proto is the heaviest of the three AeroCase variants (see Specifications page for technical details), but also feels the sturdiest of them all. It offers intermediate abrasion resistance and strength of all models.

The Proto is machined from a solid billet of CRES 304, deburred, and passivated post machining. Resulting in a highly corrosions resistant, gleaming, piece of aerospace hardware to protect your device.

AeroCase Mach 4

Named Mach 4 as a nod to Grade 5 Titanium’s use in aerospace applications with the most stringent requirements, such as the highest performance supersonic aircraft. Grade 5 Titanium is known for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and ability to withstand highly stressing structural and thermal environments.

The Mach 4 is intermediate weight of the three AeroCase variants (see Specifications page for technical details), but undoubtedly feels the best of them all. It offers the highest abrasion resistance and strength of all models. The Mach 4 fully embodies the design intent of AeroCase in all aspects and is the recommended option for those seeking the world’s most impressive and stunning piece of aerospace hardware in their pocket.

The Mach 4 is machined from a solid billet of Grade 5 Titaniun (6Al-4V), and deburred post-machining. The result is a stunning piece of flight hardware that you will enjoy interacting with every day. The Mach 4 also has the most interesting machining marks visible on the surface.
