the process
the metallic housing of every aerocase is manufactured using state of the art 5 axis machining methods
milled from a solid billet of material (subtracted material is recycled)
Like many critical aerospace components, every aerocase undergoes multiple inspections and IATs (Individual acceptance Tests) to ensure all design and quality requirements have been met, including:
post-machining demensional inspection
visual inspection
fit check with mating components
and that’s why aerocase is confident in backing every product we deliver with a certificate of conformance, traceable to each serial number.
